Eco-Friendly Retreat: The Birdhouse
Escape to the Birdhouse, a private two-person chalet nestled in nature, designed with sustainability in mind. Experience a wonderful stay with all the necessary amenities in this ecologically built house, using natural materials to minimize environmental impact.
Our goal was to create a house that leaves behind only compostable and recyclable materials at the end of its lifespan. Powered by solar panels, the house generates its own electricity, while water is sourced from our own well using a pump powered by self-produced energy. Adjacent to the house, you’ll find a private composting toilet, ensuring ecological waste management. Additionally, the main house provides a bathroom with a WC for your convenience.
Unwind by the private fireplace, perfect for heartwarming bonfires, and relax in the outdoor chairs and table, where you can witness stunning sunsets and the mesmerizing display of countless stars. For those who appreciate outdoor cooking, an outside grill is also available for your enjoyment.
